Days Inn Webster Tx

This is the 3rd time I've stayed at this hotel and each time I've stayed there my room keys have been deactivated during my stay. That's too much hassle and I won't be staying there again.

This hotel is bright and clean. The staff is wonderful. I plan to stay there next time I visit my family. I highly recommend it.

The hotel was easily accessed and complete with kitchen area. The refrigerator did not work properly nor did the shower. Hotel staff was a little helpful. Was not pleased at all when we found out there was not a hot tub at this hotel. That was one of my search criteria when I selected a hotel. The room had a musky smell when we arrived. Good thing we carry Febreeze in our car! We stayed on the second floor, thinking it would be relatively quite. The door that opened to the outside stairs was slamming starting every morning at 7:30 am! No sleeping in for us! The breakfast looked appetizing, but there was no place to sit in the breakfast area, so we skipped it. It’s a good thing we only stayed a couple of nights. All 3 rooms I was transferred to smelled and felt damp inside. If you don't mind people barbecuing outside their rooms and smelly rooms the location is very good and personnel there is good.

Hotel very conviently located close to many restaurants. Our room was clean and everything was in good working condition, indoor pool was nice but had way to much chlorine just walking in to pool room made my eyes burn and tear up.
